Use the Inherit option when creating nested AP elements. Creating one AP element inside another makes
the outer AP element the parent and the inner AP element the child. If the parent AP element is visible and
the child AP element is set to visibility:inherit, the child is also visible. This option makes it possible
to affect the visibility of many AP elements with one command??”hide the parent AP element, and all
the inheriting child AP elements disappear as well.

cursor position. The Width and Height options enable you to set these defaults. Select the text boxes and
type in your new values. Dreamweaver??™s default is an AP element that is 200 pixels wide and 115 pixels high.
Background Color option
AP elements can have their own background colors independent of the Web page??™s overall background color
(which is set as a attribute). You can define the default background color of any inserted AP element
through either the Insert menu or the Insert bar. For this preference setting, type a color, either by its
standard name or as a hexadecimal triplet, directly into the text box.
