Open Preferences (Edit ??? Preferences on Windows, Dreamweaver ??? Preferences on a Mac) and, in the
General category, expand the Spelling Dictionary list. Choose the new language from the drop-down list, and
you??™re ready to spell correctly in another tongue.
Whether you are working with a long, involved document or you just want to look in a particular area,
you??™ll welcome Dreamweaver??™s new capability to search a selection. Just highlight the text you want to
search and, in the Find and Replace dialog box, choose Selected Text from the Find In drop-down list. You
can search just selected code, too.
To find some text on your Web page, follow these steps:
1. From the Document window, choose Edit ??? Find and Replace or use the keyboard shortcut
Ctrl+F (Command+F). If the Search panel is open, you can also click the Find and Replace button
(the small green triangle) on the panel.
2. In the Find and Replace dialog box, shown in Figure 8-5, make sure that Text is the selected
Search option.

3. In the text field next to the Search option, type the word or phrase you??™re looking for.
If you select your text before launching the Find dialog box, it automatically appears in the Search
