The Search panel displays each found occurrence on a separate line, as shown in
Figure 8-6. A message at the bottom of the Search panel also tells you how many occurrences of your selection,
if any, were found. If you want to search for a different term, click the Find and Replace button (the
small green triangle) in the Search panel to reopen the Find and Replace dialog box.
FIGURE 8-6
The Search panel displays results of a Find All command.
To quickly move from one found selection to another in the Document window, double-click
an entry in the Search panel. Dreamweaver highlights the selection, scrolling the Document
window, if necessary. Note, however, that the results listed in the Search panel may take you to the wrong
location if you add or remove content in the document after you perform the search.

Designing and Crafting Core Pages Part II
If you perform two Find All operations in a row, the Search panel automatically clears the results of the first
search and replaces them with the results of the new search. To manually clear the Search panel, right-click
(Control+click) and choose Clear Results.
If you edit the document after performing a Find All, the results of the search may no longer
be valid. In this situation, double-clicking an item in the Search panel may no longer take you
to the correct place in the document.
