Validate Form
When you set up a form for user input, you establish each field with a purpose. The name field, the e-mail
address field, and the ZIP Code field all have their own requirements for input. Unless you are using a CGI
program specifically designed to check the user??™s input, form fields usually accept input of any type. Even if
the CGI program can handle it, this server-side method ties up server time and is relatively slow.
