6. Choose File ??? Save Frameset As and, when the Save As dialog box appears, store the file in the
16_Frames folder as frames_start.htm.
7. Alt+click (Option+click) in the top frame.
8. From the Property inspector, drag the Src target icon to the Files panel and point to
header_fr.htm in the 16_Frames folder.
I find it helpful to add an _fr suffix to all my individual frame files to identify them as
part of a frameset.

TIP TIP
Establishing a Frameset
Working with the Frameset Property Inspector
The Frameset Property inspector manages elements, such as the borders, that are common to all the frames
within a frameset. It also offers more precise sizing control over individual rows and columns than you can
achieve visually by dragging the borders. If the Property inspector is not already open, choose Window ???
Properties to access it, and then select any of the frame borders in Design view.
When a browser visits a Web page that uses frames, it displays the title found in the frameset
HTML document for the entire frame. The easiest way to set that title is to select the frameset
and enter the name directly in the Title field of the Document toolbar, if visible. You can also set the title by
selecting the frameset and choosing Modify ??? Page Properties.
