Adding Advanced Design Features Part III
n A framed Web page consists of a separate HTML document for each frame and one additional file
that describes the frame structure, called the frameset.
n A frameset comprises columns and rows, which can be sized absolutely in pixels as a percentage
of the browser window or relative to the other columns or rows.
n Dreamweaver enables you to reposition frame borders by dragging them to a new location.
