Spry Collapsible Panel
A Spry Collapsible Panel is, in a sense, a single accordion panel. The same style of layout is used with the
label placed in the full-width top tab and, when clicked, it collapses or expands. Because there is no other
associated panel, only the tab remains when the panel collapses. The panel can either be open or closed
when the page is initially displayed.
To add a Spry Collapsible Panel widget to your page, follow these steps:
1. Place your cursor where you??™d like your menu bar to appear.
2. From the Insert bar??™s Spry or Layout category, choose Spry Collapsible Panel Bar. The default collapsible
panel is inserted into the page and the custom Property inspector (see Figure 18-27) displays.
3. To set the panel to be open when the page loads, choose Open from the Default State list; to set
the panel to be collapsed, choose Closed.
As with the other widgets, the first time you save a file with a Spry Collapsible Panel widget,
Dreamweaver tells you of the supporting files that have been copied to your site and will
need to be posted online. The Spry Collapsible Panel widget relies on two supporting files:
SpryCollapsiblePanels.js and SpryCollapsiblePanels.css.
