1. In the Databases panel, click the Add (+) button and select Data Source Name (DSN) from the
drop-down list.
2. In the Data Source Name dialog, enter connRelative in the Connection field.
3. From the Data Source Name (DSN) list, choose RelativeRealty.
4. Leave both the Username and Password fields blank.
5. Make sure that the Using Local DSN option is selected and click Test.
6. If Dreamweaver tells you the connection was successful, click OK to close the dialog; otherwise,
double-check your settings and test again.
7. When you??™re finished, click OK to close the Data Source Name (DSN) dialog box. The
new connection is listed in the Databases tab of the Application panel.
After the dialog closes, you??™ll see connRelative listed in the Databases panel.
Creating an ASP Connection
You can enter new DSNs for ColdFusion either through the ODBC Data Source Administrator as detailed
previously, or you can use the ColdFusion Administrator. To make a standard DSN connection for
ColdFusion server models, follow these steps:
1. Choose Window ??? Databases to display the Databases panel.
2. Click the Modify Data Sources button (see Figure 19-6) to open the ColdFusion Administrator
home page.
