Define as many access levels as you want to restrict certain sections of your site to a subset
of your members.
3. Choose the Username, Password, and Access Level radio button.
4. Choose one or more groups from the Select Level(s) area.
5. To add new groups to the Select Level(s) list:
n Click Define to open the Define Access Levels dialog.
n Enter the name for the access level in the Name field. The name must match a value stored in
your data source in whichever column is designated for the group access levels.
n To add additional levels, click the Add (+) button and enter another name.
n To delete any levels, choose the level in the list area and click the Remove (??“) button.
n Click OK to close the Define Access Levels dialog box.
6. Enter the path to the file to which you redirect unauthorized users in the If Access Denied, Go To
field. Alternatively, click the Browse button to locate the file.
7. Click OK when you??™re finished.
Helping users log out
It??™s always a good idea to give your customer an easy way to log out of your site??”a way that also destroys
all the session variables associated with his login and ensures that his coworkers can??™t jump on his computer
(right after he leaves for some coffee) and gain access to information they shouldn??™t have.
