n File: Defines an image??™s dimensions. Images can be rescaled by a selected percentage or pixel size.
Moreover, you can crop your image either numerically (by defining the export area) or visually
(with the cropping tool).
n Animation: Provides frame-by-frame control for animated GIFs. Each frame??™s delay (how long it
is onscreen) can be defined independently, and the entire animation can be set to either play once
or loop a user-determined number of times. The Animation tab only becomes active if the Format
is set to Animated GIF.

To insert an image in Photoshop format into Dreamweaver, follow these steps:
1. Place your cursor where you??™d like the image to appear.
2. Click the Image button from the Common category of the Insert bar or choose Insert Image.
Alternatively, you can drag the Image button from the Insert bar to the desired location.
3. When the Select Image Source dialog box opens, navigate to and select a Photoshop native file
(with a PSD extension), and click Open. The Image Preview dialog box opens, with the chosen
image displayed.
4. In the Options tab, choose the desired Web format from the Format list.
Dreamweaver can convert a PSD file to GIF, Animated GIF, JPEG, and PNG formats.
