"Dreamweaver CS3 Bible"

To create a rollover by attaching Dreamweaver behaviors to
Fireworks-created graphics, follow these steps:
1. Create your graphics in Fireworks, using a different frame for each rollover state.
You cannot use Fireworks??™ Edit ??? Insert ??? New Button command to build your button for this
technique because the separate states are not stored as frames.
2. In Fireworks, choose File ??? Export. The Export dialog box opens (see Figure 24-10).
3. If you want, type a new name in the File Name text box. In this operation, the File Name text is
used as a base name by Fireworks to identify multiple images exported from a single file. When
exporting frames, the default settings append _fn, where n is the number of the frame. Frame
numbers 1??“9 are listed with a leading zero (for example, MainButton_f01).
4. In the Save As Type list box, select Frames to Files.
5. If desired, select the Trim Images option. When Trim Images is on, Fireworks automatically crops
the exported images to fit the objects on each frame. This procedure makes for smaller, more flexible
image files.
I recommend that, in most situations, you opt to trim your images when exporting frames as
files. But here??™s an exception to watch out for: If a button in one frame has a drop shadow, its
trimmed size will be slightly larger than the non-drop??“shadow buttons.
