In all, the Image Viewer has 19 different parameters that you can alter.
To simplify entry of a wide range of parameters, the Image Viewer offers four different types of attribute
value fields:
n Text field: A typical text field for entering values directly, used in the Image Viewer to specify
caption size, frame thickness, and other numeric values??”as well as standard text for titles.
There is no error checking on the values entered in the text fields. Any unusable values (if you
enter ten instead of 10 for captionSize, for example) are ignored.
n Color picker: Dreamweaver??™s standard color picker, which appears when the color swatch is
selected.
n Menu list: A list of acceptable values for the associated parameter. The menu list is used for
parameters that require a Yes or No (such as slideLoop), as well as for those with a much more
extensive list to choose from (such as captionFont).

All the drop-down lists are editable??”which means that you can enter your own values to supplement
the provided ones. In only one case??”the imageLinkTarget attribute??”is this
truly useful; in all other situations, choose a value from the provided list.
n Array values: Displays a separate dialog box for entering an array of values.
