The administrator is responsible for controlling overall
access to the site as well as establishing editing parameters. Among other options, the administrator can
allow pages edited by Contribute users to be rolled back to previous versions. When you enable Contribute
compatibility, you??™re establishing yourself as the site administrator.
Before you can set up yourself as an administrator, Contribute compatibility must be enabled
as described in the previous section, and you must have a network connection.
To begin modifying Contribute settings, click Administer Site In Contribute in the Contribute category of
the Site Definitions dialog box. The primary administrative interface, shown in Figure 31-15, opens after a
connection is established.

To modify the settings that control administration, follow these steps:
1. From the Administer Website dialog box, select Administration. The Administration dialog box is
displayed, as shown in Figure 31-16.
