"Dreamweaver CS3 Bible"

You don??™t have to actually use a fully defined CSS file to filter your CSS classes for Contribute
users; all you need is the class selector names and opening and closing curly braces, like this:
.firstparagraph, .memberContent, .copyrightInfo, .legalNotice {}.

FIGURE 31-20
Determine how users can style their Contribute pages through the Styles and Fonts category of the Edit Role Settings
dialog.
If your pages do not use CSS??”or you want to offer your users more control over their pages??”enable the
Allow Users To Apply Fonts And Sizes option; when this option is disabled, neither the Font nor Size dropdown
lists are shown in Contribute. If you??™ve allowed the option, choose between using HTML Tags or
Inline CSS Styles by selecting the appropriate radio button. When you select Inline CSS Styles, an additional
option is enabled that determines how sizes are set: by points, pixels, or ems. Administrators can also
restrict the use of applied styles such as bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and fixed-width styles and/or
font and background color.
New Pages
Although many Contribute users begin by modifying the content on existing pages, some, if not all, eventually
create new pages within the site.
