To start, copy all the
files in the Techniques folder of the CD-ROM to your system and establish a Dreamweaver site with that
folder as the local site root; the Dreamweaver Technique ???Setting Up Your Site??? in Chapter 5 describes the
steps to accomplish this task.
Accompanying each of the Dreamweaver Techniques is a simulation that guides you interactively through
each of the Techniques. These simulations, created by Mark Fletcher with Adobe Captivate, can be viewed
through any browser equipped with the Flash Player.
Dreamweaver CS3 Bible code examples
The Examples folder on the CD-ROM provides sample code used in the book. You can easily view the files
through Dreamweaver or your browser without transferring the files to your system. If you do wish to
transfer the files, copy the entire folder over to your system.
To incorporate the external style sheets in your Web sites, copy files with .css extensions into your local
site??™s root folder. Then follow the instructions in the ???Attaching an External Style Sheet??? section found in
Chapter 7.
