To establish your own favorites, follow these steps:
1. Select Favorites from the Insert bar category list. Initially, the Favorites category appears empty.
2. Right-click (Control+click) and choose Customize Favorites. The Customize Favorite Objects dialog
box opens.
3. From the Available Objects list of the Customize Favorites Objects dialog box, select All if you
want to choose from a full list of the available objects, separated by category (Common, Layout,
and so on), or select an individual category.
4. To add an object to the Favorites category, select the object from the Available Objects list and
click Add (>>). The newly added object appears in the Favorite Objects area.
5. To remove a favorite, select the object from the Favorite Objects list and click the Trashcan icon.
6. To rearrange the order of the favorites, select an object and use the up and down arrows to move
the object left or right, respectively, on the Insert bar.
7. Separate favorite objects into groups by clicking Add Separator. The separator is placed below the
currently selected object.
8. When you??™re finished, click OK to close the dialog.
After you??™ve been working with Dreamweaver for a while, you may find the most efficient path is to make
full use of the Favorites category.
